If you’re enrolled in the Advanced ADHD Coach Training for certification, Mentor Coaching is included. However, to meet certification requirements, you will still need 3 hours of individual Mentor Coaching with a coach holding either PCAC (Professional Certified ADHD Coach) or MCAC (Master Certified ADHD Coach) credentials. To become a certified ADHD Coach you need minimum10 hours of mentor coaching.
What is Mentor Coaching?
In short, it’s coaching on your coaching. You’ll receive constructive feedback, reflect on your strengths and growth areas, and be supported in developing your skills as an ADHD Coach.
The process includes a minimum of three individual sessions. Together, the mentor and mentee will review and discuss recorded coaching sessions provided by the mentee.
